    The story behind
    the camera

Madrid is my place in the world. I came here for the love of a madrileño (they say our story sounds like a film). For almost fifteen years I have been walking its streets, discovering corners and the essence that makes this city unique.

I grew up among cameras and tripods. My grandparents were photographers. I was always close by, watching and learning without realising it. My grandmother's passion for photography still inspires me today.

With time, photography became my language, my way of expressing myself, of looking and feeling, of keeping what I find special.

(Sometimes I think this path was inevitable)

Photography is my way of speaking without words, of looking more slowly and feeling more deeply

    Background and path

    The path that
    shaped my eye

I'm brazilian, with a background in advertising, design and photography. For years I worked as a designer for publications with a wide reach, such as Cosmopolitan, and that stage was a real school.

There I learned to refine my eye within a demanding rhythm, and to understand that nothing happens by chance. Every decision, even the most discreet one, carries real weight. I learned that care is not excess, but respect; that quality is built in layers, with patience, judgement and coherence. And that, very often, what holds a good piece of work together is not what you see first, but everything that was thought through before. Nina Volpini, previously known professionally as Nina Bedacchi.

I love art, fashion and design… but above all I love people. Their gestures, their silences, those small moments that appear when they feel at ease. Every session grows from that place: from trust, from letting things flow, from allowing everything to happen naturally. As a photographer in Madrid, I work with women, couples, creative brands and events across the city and the Comunidad de Madrid. And from all the care I put into every instant.

If you are reading this, you are probably not looking only for a beautiful picture. You want to feel at ease, to connect with who you are and, perhaps, to discover something new about yourself along the way. That is exactly what I look for: to reveal the essence of the person in front of me, with truth and naturalness.
