How the sessions unfold
Every session begins long before the camera appears.
On the day of the session, I arrive early to watch how the light is shaping the scene. It's the light that guides the path and defines the best spots before we start.
Instead of poses, I suggest actions: walking, observing, talking... Little by little, you get used to the camera and, before you notice, it disappears. While you relax and enjoy Madrid, I follow everything with a documentary and aesthetic eye.
I photograph only one session per day, so all my attention is dedicated to you. The session takes place in a single area of Madrid, walked on foot, with no long transfers or rush.
Afterwards, each image goes through a careful edit. The photographs are selected and arranged as a sequence, where one naturally leads to the next. The result has a beginning, middle and end: your story in Madrid, told with coherence, naturalness and sensitivity.

From booking to delivery
Tell me a little about yourselves and the dates you'll be in Madrid. If there is availability, we move on to the booking.
The date is reserved exclusively for you with a 20% deposit.
Payment via bank transfer (Brazil or Spain), PIX, PayPal or Bizum.
A few days beforehand, you receive all the information you need, including the time, meeting point and a guide so you can enjoy the experience with ease.
The remaining amount (80%) is paid on the day of the session.
Within the timeframe of the chosen package, you receive a private gallery with the edited photographs in high resolution.
Settings for your story
Each session takes place in a single area of Madrid, or between places within easy walking distance, so the experience unfolds calmly and the story has a beginning, middle and end. Whenever possible, sessions are held in the late afternoon, when the light is usually at its most beautiful.

Frequently asked questions
Each image is edited individually, respecting the light, colours and atmosphere of the moment. I do not use automatic presets or excessive retouching. The goal is to preserve the natural feel of each photograph.
Editing is done on a calibrated monitor to ensure colour fidelity. For a viewing experience closer to the final result, I recommend looking at the gallery on a device with a well calibrated screen.
I do not perform changes such as:
- Changes to physical appearance or body proportions
- Sky replacement
- Changes that alter the essence of the image
For 1h30 sessions, I don't recommend outfit changes so we can make the most of the time available.
For the 2h30 session, a change of scene may be considered, as long as it is planned during the booking process.
Sessions take place in public spaces, so I recommend bringing only the essentials.
That way we can move around more freely and enjoy the experience. It is not possible to store belongings during the session.
Madrid usually has quite stable weather, but the unexpected can happen.
Light rain doesn't normally prevent the session and can even create a unique atmosphere.
If heavy rain is forecast, I'll get in touch in advance to consider rescheduling, subject to availability in the calendar.
The best light of the day is brief, so it's important to arrive at the agreed time.
If something unexpected comes up, let me know as soon as possible. I'll do my best to adapt the session within the available time.
Delays of more than 20 minutes without prior notice are considered a no-show and prevent rescheduling or refunds.
The booking deposit can be cancelled with a refund up to three days after payment.
After that period, the amount is no longer refundable.
Rescheduling due to weather conditions is assessed according to calendar availability.
The copyright of the photographs belongs to Nina Volpini. Image rights remain with the people photographed.
The photographs may be used on my portfolio, website and social media, unless the client informs me, before the session, that they prefer to keep the images private.
